Two out of five office workers in the UK and US claim their perception of a company or brand has been negatively affected by their experience in the corporate lobby or reception area, reveals new research from visitor management software company Proxyclick. The top two complaints of the 2,000 office workers surveyed for Proxyclick’s annual Office Worker Bugbears survey were unfriendly receptionists (cited by 71%) and a lacklustre welcome (54%).
