Riello has introduced a standard five-year warranty on all its single-phase UPS units up to 3kVA, including interactive, ofﬂine and online solutions like the Sentinel Pro (SEP) and Sentinel Dual Low Power (SDH). The warranty covers any mechanical fault in the first five years after purchase and follows Riello’s recent introduction of guaranteed emergency response and fix times of four and eight hours respectively for customers on a Diamond UPS maintenance contract.
