Naturally clean air
New from Office Blueprint, Naava’s green walls are claimed to transform indoor air quality, improve workers’ cognitive performance and reduce illness and fatigue. The vertical planters do this by absorbing air through the roots of green leaved plants kept in a natural soil-less growth medium. Root microbes purify the air of harmful chemicals, while hidden fans blow pure air back into the room. Naava claims that one vertical planter can purify up to 60 square metres of indoor air, as much as 6,000 potted plants. Cleaning effectiveness is maximised through a remote monitoring system that analyses plant health and relays findings to a service team and in-built lighting that replicates natural daylight, fading out at night to allow the plants to sleep.
