Ricoh have launched a new quality pledge that offers all clients who purchase either an SP 3600DN, SP 3610SF, SP 3600SF, SP 4510DN, SP C440DN, SP C250DN, SP C252DN, SP C252SF or SP C320DN the ability to within 14 days of purchase register the printer, try the printer for up to 4 weeks from date of purchase and if your satisfied keep the printer, or otherwise contact Ricoh and they will arrange collection and a refund in full.
