More than half (58%) of UK employers say gender pay equality is becoming a more important factor when making individual pay decisions, reveals a new survey by Willis Towers Watson. Half of UK employers (51%) already check pay arrangements to ensure they meet equal pay obligations and 29% plan to do so in the future.
