ExaClair expands range with Covid-safe choices

ExaClair, the UK supplier of Exacompta, has had a busy second half of the year, launching a raft of new products to help businesses cut waste and provide a Covid-secure workplace.

The latter includes a range of antimicrobial filing and desktop products and an NHS Test & Trace logbook.

Part of the Guildhall professional books and filing range, the Log Book can be used to keep accurate records of everyone who enters and leaves a business’s premises, including their name, contact number, date, arrival and departure times, group size and primary on-premises contact.

Produced in ExaClair’s King’s Lynn factory, the book includes instructions on how to maintain records to support Test & Trace, as well as guidance on how to manage data within GDPR guidelines.

Also new from Exacompta, the Clean’Safe range of filing products, desktop accessories and notebooks are treated with organic antimicrobial additives that inhibit the growth of bacteria, viruses, mould and fungi by more than 99%, helping to prevent cross-contamination and infection spread in homes and offices.

The range includes slip files, two-flap folders, elasticated three-flap folders, document wallets, twelve-part multipart files, ring binders, lever arch files, desktop drawers, letter trays, magazine files, pen pots, desk mats and notebooks in A5, A4 and A4+ sizes.

The notebooks feature Clairefontaine’s brushed vellum 90gsm paper in either lined or squared formats, with anti-microbial covers.

Clean’Safe filing products are FSC-Certified, the notebooks are PEFC-certified and the desktop accessories are Blue Angel-certified and come with a 25-year warranty.

For customers who want to make a more overt environmental statement, ExaClair has introduced a collection of Clairefontaine notebooks, pads and filing products made from recycled jean fibres and cocoa shells.

Recycled jean fibres are sourced from clothing industry offcuts, while cocoa shells are a waste product of the confectionary industry.

‘Jean and Cocoa’ notepads (A4, A5, A6), elastic folders, lever arch files, messaging pads and magazine racks are available in denim-blue and neutral colours.
