Coffee capsule pen

In a collaboration with Nespresso, Caran d’Ache is launching a pen made from recycled aluminium coffee capsules. The limited edition version of the classic 849 pen has a hexagonal body with a midnight blue satin finish and is engraved with ‘Made with recycled Nespresso Capsules’. The environmentally-conscious messaging extends to the use of 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard packaging.

DS Smith recognised for recycling excellence

DS Smith Recycling has been named the Paper Recycling Business of the Year 2018 at the Awards for Excellence in Recycling & Waste Management. The awards ceremony is run by LetsRecycle.com and celebrates the achievements of the resources industry.

The Paper Recycling Business of the Year accolade recognises paper recycling companies that demonstrate good practice, prioritise care of their customers, deliver consistently good services and can provide evidence of high recycling rates.

Bring your dog to work

The fifth annual Bring Your Dog To Work Day takes place on Friday June 22. This year, the event is raising money for a number of animal welfare organisations including All Dogs Matter, a charity that rescues and rehomes dogs.
